Customer Relation Executive (Shift)

In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive sales and service support through our online channel and phone channel
Manage the payment of business and individual customers
Support our improvement initiatives, ensure the compliance with our food safety requirements and quality assurance

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Holder of higher diploma, associate degree or higher from a tertiary institution preferred
At least one year customer service experience, preferred in luxary products
Customer focus and strong communication skills
Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
Experience on SAP NetWeaver is a must
Willing to perform shift duties

Working Location: Home Office, Attend the meeting once per month in Mong Kok Office
